The development of the technologies and the habits of nowadays is the people using modern technologies, the internet, smartphones. It is really strategic that the Migrant TV be created or start to serve the people in need. Especially for those migrants, refugees and underprivileged community’s members. To provide humanitarian assistance to these people is very important but to provide the correct access and knowledge about this is more important. So we think that will be a successful project and we are proud of being part of it.”

“Providing refugees and asylum seekers with reliable information on time without the language barrier constitutes the focal point of Migrant TV. This Project has been developed based on this notion. Therefore, owing to Migrant TV, it is possible to inform persons in their mother tongue about how registration procedures will take place, procedures for obtaining an identification document, how to benefit from health services in case of experiencing a medical problem, and the announcements of institutions like the Turkish Ministry of Health and Turkish Ministry of National Education during the Covid-19 pandemic.  In addition, the channel will also include informative content on social cohesion, services offered by municipalities, and ways of accessing these services.”
